Clay pizza oven workshop

Welcome to Härgården to learn how to make a clay pizza oven!

We’re building a pizza oven for our new outdoor kitchen and we’re doing it permaculture style with nothing but found materials on site. This means clay dug up from the property, mixed with hay, sand and supported with some old bricks we have lying around.

We begin at 10:00 am for an intro then get into mixing clay and assembling the oven. Bring your own lunch but we will provide some vegan fika.

Radically, there is no set price for this workshop and we invite you to provide whatever in return you think the workshop is worth to you, and of course relative to what you have to give.
